think so, i seem to recall it cracked when i took it out to photograph on the floor

Oh god lol, i would personally fit two terry clips in a fitting some where and 24/7 it until it either goes out or goes EOL.

I think its little bits of gravel that does it tbh, that's what it looks like if you look at the cracks starting point.

Yea i think its dirt and grit to be honest scratching the surface of the glass when glass rubs against glass just general every day dirt building up
