An amusment facility inside an amusment park in Eilat

The amusement park was closed, so I don't know how this device work, but it have a pilot warning light on it, which I've never seen on amusement facilities.
The LED lighting on it, should render the warning light redundant as the facility would be very visible to pilots anyway.
At the background there is a crane with blue LED lighting.
