Sylvania 250w self-ballasted mercury lamp Another very nice example saved from a lamp bin. Luckily I managed to test this one, shown are pictures from various stages of warm-up. I think this lamp might be from the 80s or 90s? The etch is very hard to read. Surprisingly this lamp was made by Philips for Sylvania.
