Philips AllStart CDM860/V/O/4K/EA 860W CMH lamp run-up

it was interesting, despite being a neon penning start lamp, I did not notice any typical neon glow like other people have noticed with these lamps on startup

a very interesting orange glow did happen for the first few seconds, perhaps this was Neon combined with something else, although to me it looks a lot like its just a sodium discharge from the additives in the arc tube
