Is this fully run up or is it a red burner?

I don't know Sad I have no ANY info about this lamp, I only GUESS the lamp power is 140W. And I set the work current about 0,9A. But the sodium glow is very bright, this photo made with strongly reduced exposure. You can see the full bright, with normal exposure, here: http://ixbt.photo/?id=photo:1491687
