Osram Lumilux HE 21W/865 Italy

Today, I turned on my 21W T5 fixture, only to see my Philips Master TL-5 21W/840 Poland, flashing once then staying off.
So I replaced it with this one, which I had as a spare.

@dor123: That's very short life for a fluorescent tube, even the Chinese made T12 tube that I installed in the 5ft fixture in the parents house utility room is going strong after 5 years

I think because the ballast inside the fixture is a CFL like Chinese one.

Hopefully this Osram will give a longer service
