Yes this building is derelict and the roof is mostly missing, secure too otherwise I would have attempted to nab the tube

I have spotted a way in but it involves climbing up a ladder into a broken second floor window overlooking a busy road.

I managed to get a better look in but didnt get inside, some of the wooden floor is miissing. I dont trust it.
