Rare Eleco PT1013 street lantern

Another find not far from where I am at the moment. At first I thought this lantern was a Thorn Gamma 5, but further research revealed this is in fact a (comparatively rarer) Eleco PT1013. I have no idea whether this lantern still works, but my guess is it might not since most London boroughs replaced their old lanterns a long time ago.
