Osram 8w tube made by Philips I recently picked up this lovely NOS tube off of Ebay, marked Osram it was obviously made for Osram-GEC by Philips in the Netherlands, hence the tell-tale brass end caps found on all Philips 8w tubes in the 1960's to 1970's.
