Philips Master Polar 15w CFL lamp

Here is a reasonably rarely-seen CFL lamp intended for use in very cold temperatures (places like industrial freezers, etc I should imagine). The lamp's design is not unlike the later Philips SL-Electronic lamps but features truncated tubes like Philips' Master PL-T lamps.
