AEI Series 2 F2060
This is just one of a series of fittings of the same type offered in many many types, single or double tube, SS or QS gear, trough reflector, diffused or just bare.
The unique part of the fitting is the starter arrangement. The bare glowbottle would be attached to a wedge base not to dissimilar to that of a cheapo LED car side light lamp. You can see the one I replicated in position, the proper ones I believe wouldn't have stuck out as far as what this does, but if it means the fitting works as original, im not too fussed.
This was one of 5 or 6 fittings removed from the former canteen of the former Stanton works in Derby by a fellow collector. I'm told that 2 days later and they would all have been skipped. After a quick wipe over of Brasso, and its ready to go again.
