GE M250R2 (150w SON-T): Off-axis
Shown running a 150w Philips SON-T lamp with one of my external gearboxes.
As you can see, off-axis there is no glare and its very easy to look at with the naked eye. Not bright at all.
Almost all the light is being directed by the prismatic glass bowl into the main beam.
