Classic London council flat fluorescents

Spotted on a walk yesterday, a nice surprise to see so many of these old and slightly yellowed-looking Coughtrie SFB16 bulkheads still working, with no replacements as of yet! Although a lot of London flats have had their (usually 2D fittings) retrofitted I would say at least half perhaps still have fluorescents in use which is nice.
