Holophane Parkpack street lantern

At a block of flats in London - an unusual place for one of these as they seem to be used in lots of underground stations, leading me to initially think they were a custom-made lantern. I remember hearing some time ago these were some type of Phosco product, but am not entirely sure. (Edit: Holophane Parkpack)
