Vandalised Urbis Saturn

Unfortunately, this Urbis Saturn has met a terrible fate; its gear has been completed ripped away from the lantern! Strangely, this is located in an area where vandalism isn’t a huge issue, so I’m unsure if it’s that or it’s a matter of the gear simply coming loose.
