No. Only LED lanterns can be all in one piece. But the lampposts are dedicated to these lanterns.

Ah ok, when you zoom in it looks like the lanterns and spigot arms are all one piece?

I don't think that the arms and the lanterns are one piece. There are multiple installation options for this lanterns.
And one correction for me for my former comment: LED lanterns don't comes as all in one piece, like I thought.
