Philips Master PL Electronic 23w CFL This was bought off from Amazon back in Nov 2013 and lasted until March 2016 where the capacitor went haywire and this causes CFL to start up like a Switchstart type along with a buzzing sound in the ballast. Why would such failure occur as Philips makes the best quality so called MASTER PL CFLs from Poland!!! And whats the date of manufacture plz?

So did it run for 3 years?, thats about right for any CFL?
