Most of their Tridonic anti-cycle ignitors has been replaced by regular ignitors, after seeing some that cycling as normal.
I think Kiryat Ata did this, as a result of cases of lanterns being shut down permanently as a result of series of power outages, as the original ignitors giving up after only one cycle or don't cycling at all and just flickering.
