LED lighting at the tunnel below the pedestrian bridge

These LED fixtures replaced HID fixtures which originally had SON lamps but has been replaced with MH lamps.
This lighting don't operates during the day, which isn't good, as it is a tunnel.
This is a video capture, since I can't capture a good quality picture of this because there were twilight.
