GE 16w Biax SA Electronic PL adapters

I found 7 of these in the lamp bin this morning, which is a first for lamp bin history - well, certainly the first time I've ever found any adapters in there. Of the 7, 6 worked but due to how fragile these odd GE lamps are literally only one was intact. All of the adapters were quite grubby and corroded, suggesting these were probably screwed into outdoor lights that received minimal use.
