My destroyed E27 -> E14 adapter

I used this adapter in my computer table lamp with my Philips 60W E14 golf-ball incandescent lamp for several times, and now lamps can't be illuminated in it anymore.
I bought another adapter from Aliexpress, but it have different and much simpler construction.
