I found this along with some others (which I stupidly didn't take) in the lamp recycling this morning. Despite its age it's NOS and has a very crisp etch.

Back when tubes like this were nothing short of perfection and you could expect at least a decade out of them!

Long lasting tubes these! The fail mode on these would be brown phosphor and glowing a very dim white/grey color.
