I don't think these do, surprisingly. Not like my old Deluxe Naturals and, gobsmackingly, NOS 4' 40W Northlights purchased this year. Surprised

All my pinks and greens do! My bright light lamp pink tubes have a after glow that lasts a good 60 seconds!
