Crompton Sovereign 5ft twin tube fluorescent fixture lit up

Came with a plug so had the quick opportunity to show it lit up

My mum happened to see it and she said the light output is lower than the Philips Streamlite 40W on the conservatory ceiling and I said to her it is because the tubes are worn out phosphor wise

Still nice though
