Japanese 25w clear tubular lamp A nice recent find - now I have three of these in my collection, all different - as well as this clear example I have a frosted version and one made out of blue glass. Apparently these lamps were sold here in the UK shortly after WW2, and were likely imported from Japan.

That is something eh, a Japanese made carbon filament bulb that wass made for the UK after the war ended

It's an interesting lamp, although I have to point out that it is a tungsten lamp and not a carbon lamp - it would be nice if it was!
