Run-up and hot restrike of my Osram HQI-TS 70W/D from Amazon UK

I bought this lamp at Amazon UK, after Max in LG aware me that Osram daylight lamps that aren't HQI-T or HQI-BT 250W and 400W, don't have dysprosium-thallium-cesium, but tri-band + dysprosium like I always thought, when saying RRK (I think he was) that the Osram HQI-TS /D have dysprosium-thallium-cesium.
Anyway: The run-up is very similar to the Philips HPI-T, minus the red neon flashes at the startup, and cooler colour, but the corona discharge lasts less time than in the /WDL and the /NDL.
