Triad 4x F32T8 Ballast
A Triad 4-lamp instant-start HF ballast (will run anything from 5-foot F40T8's down to 2-foot F17T8's)
(the label doesn't state this, but with 2-footers, you can run up to 8 of them by putting 2 in series on each output)

Overall a truly 'nothing special' ballast. I've seen this brand do 10+ years, which isn't bad for a HF ballast.

The first thing I have seen that looks similar to these are the Philips LED drivers that most street lantern have. They are made in Mexico too.

Yeah, some of the HF gear here has leads attached like this one, some doesn't & has those little push-in connectors instead.

@Kev:
I've noticed that some LED drivers do look basically just like ballasts.
