Quite a significant design change! 
The standard lamp is colour 828 while the Plus lamp us 830.
Luminous flux is slightly higher but lifespan is much improved.

It looks similar to the CDM-MW Eco? Are these still even available

I think it is exactly the same as the MW Eco. Just has a different fill IIRC.

Interesting, don't think I've seen the CDO-TT Plus before.
