Poole Lighting 4' fitting
Before buying this back in 2013, my only 4' fittings that had diffusers were of the opal variety, so I bought this in order to change that. Seeing as it is a cheapo fitting from B&Q, that does mean it comes with some inherent issues, such as loud ballast, cheap FSL tube and cheap FS starter. I replaced it with an old Osram ST111, which seemed to be a slow striker, again, not really an issue seeing as I dont mind sow striking starter.
It was installed in my shed, but in more recent times had to be removed due to severe damp issues rusting the fittings. Despite its cheap nature, it managed to survive the damp, hence no rust being present anywhere on the fitting.
