Must admit i have never really thought much of this type of coughtrie bulkhead if i am honest but i do like alot of coughtrie fittings like the SY6 and Stuff. Those top entry ones & the SY10 and stuff the fluorescent bulkheads the FB 16 are also cool.

whats rare about this one is its age, the glass shades a different shape to the common later ones

Yeh i did notice the difference but just not a fan if this side of coughtries bulkheads i like their other stuff tho and any duscharge bulkheads they done

just crispy wiring inside after years of a 100 watt tungsten frazzling the insides for 60 years!

We have a nice 1960 bulkhead at work, (long unused), but its not that easy to take off where it is?

Interesting to see this. I have one with the same glass as this rather than the more rounded later ones, didn't realise they were that old!
