An AEL Luxmaster-53 (with vandal shield added)

Guess the crappy fiberglass poles aren't holding up very - look closely you can see that the fixture starting to bend down. There's a few others of these & some a bit worse than this one.
Poles are only in the 10-12 foot tall range, so fairly short.
