It maybe working as intended. It being on attracts attention to there being a fault. like a failed photo cell? In this case 2 failed mods

I suppose but then if the entire driver failed then it's pointless. Still crap though.

Nodes didn`t last very long here, they put them all on the existing Arc SON lanterns, and within a week loads of random columns started to go out!, but they were only noded for a year until the whole lot was removed for Amperas.
