Nail on head Dan, Very Happy , nothings really a permanent mod when you have so many lamps and sets of gear Rolling Eyes , although I have grown so fond of my little 50watt on the front, and I already have 2 SON at the back, I needed a bit more mercury! My 125 stuff is also bran fire new!, I have my new, (little hours), Thorn/Atlas ballast, a new GE WDX, (the one running now), and 3 never used German Osrams sitting in a box up in the loft gathering dust, its a shame! Rolling Eyes

LOL, too many, wish I didn`t have such a choice!, MBF is old school though!
I was pondering 80watt MBF, but at this height 125 was the better option.

125w merc will be lovely. You should try one of them toolstation CED mercury lamps out ! But your not as bad as me for changing stuff LOL id of had about 40 lanterns up here by now. I wanna try MBFU, PLL, COSMO, ceramic halide etc still yet

Full lantern change!, oooh, thats a bit heavy Laughing , there would have to be a major issue for that to happen! I have seen the CED lamps in TS, theres also some MBF de-luxe on national lamps from `Bailey lights`????, if you look this up on google, its a Dutch company!, make me wonder whos lamps they really are????

I generally don't change anything just keep fitting more lol
