Thorn 65w Choke repainted

Freshly painted, full Slyspark style lol!

Original condition can be seen here

It was sanded back to mostly bare metal, then given three coats of Plastikote Zinc Rich Primer, then three coats of Plastikote Satin 'Porcelain' top coat, which I've unofficially renamed 'Thorn Ballast CreamÂ©', as it's an excellent match!

Just got to do some tests to work out how best to apply the label

I've got a reproduction label for those if you want to copy it? I tend to laser print them and stick them to the still wet final coat of paint. I've tried glue too and that works just as well! Think the label you want is already uploaded on here in my pictures!

Thanks all. The etch wasn't in bad condition so I scanned it and printed some copies with my laser printer, I uploaded it here a few days ago. If you've made a proper reproduction that'd be better though!

Ah, just noticed that! For some reason I thought this was SRS. label I've re-created is for the SRS 5' version.
