lol, got one of these, in a thorlux waterproof fitting, its all powdercoated with black rubber and caps, has the outer glass sleeve to encase the tube, these are re branded BLI quickstart ballasts as fitted in atlas atlantic 3's etc

Instant start should have one wire for each end of the lamp. But is this an autotransformer ballast?
