With the typically strange starter specification that goes back to the old metal starter days and guarantees a cold instant start every time. Also I note the absence of a PFC capacitor whereas the Coughtries had them. Still a lovely fitting though.

I did think the starter choice was a little odd, and odd starters in general actually. 30/40w rated? Surely a 155/200 would have been a better option. And yes the lack of cap is odd too, especially as these are generally used in commercial environments where a poor power factor is often chargeable.
