Brand new Urbis Altra, canopy

Found IN THE SKIP, and subsequently saved, this Urbis Altra actually now gets a chance at life. Originally taking 24w PL-L, it was converted to 36w PL-L because the lamp compartment looked rather wasted, as well as the fact the HF driver was actually broken, falling apart on me as soon as I hinged the gear tray. Its now a switch start lantern, and works very effectively. The optics easily increase the light output, spreading it evenly around the area.

The view of the canopy shows you why I saved it, you won't see many of these brand new soon. Its a very clean modern looking lantern, far better looking than LED anyway.
