Designplan Quadrant

Another very rugged bulkhead, the Quadrant came with either opal or prismatic covers, and black or white base. This example runs 21w 2D lamps, and was kindly given to me by Danny, many thanks.
I am pondering whether or not to remove the two escorts on the shelf to install this and another 21w 2D bulkhead.
