Cryselco branded 40w GEC tube

This is the tube that was inside my "Light Ideas" resistive ballast fitting (photos to come!) This is the first GEC made Cryselco tube I've ever seen before, all of my other Cryselco tubes are Philips made (the brand name was of joint ownership). There was also a Philips-made Cryselco cool white 40w tube where I found this but it was EOL and missing an endcap so it didn't come home with me...
