...well sort of.
The arc tube on this lamp is quite cloudy and it prevents a clear view of the arcstream.
I wonder if that done on purpose in order to homogenise the various colours of the different halides.

This thing is BLOODY BRIGHT and my eyes hurt a bit after playing with this, even though I had shades on.
It produces a very nice daylight colour and the colour rendering itself is very impressive.

That white spot in the middle is just the exhaust tube on the other side of the lamp.
Not sure what those two black spots are though, halides?

This lamp is a real modern beauty! I must keep a lookout for one, the CRI is incredible for such a high power lamp.
