Osram "Black Magic" 175 self-ballasted mercury blacklight lamp Recent Ebay find. In the 1970's and '80s Osram-GEC sold these lamps in both trade and consumer-orientated packaging. Those buying from Osram directly I would imagine got these lamps in a plain wrapper (I have a couple in my collection) and anyone buying this from a shop would've gotten this much more funky wrapper!

An interesting lamp. The power of 175W did not exist in Germany, for example. I like that the original packaging is in good condition.
