Sylvania 30w black endcap tube made in Germany (EOL sadly) I got this for free yesterday, such a shame this tube is EOL as it is the first I have of this type. European-made Sylvania blackenders are very rare compared to those made in the USA. Does anyone know why these were made for such a short time in Germany, did the caps have to be imported from the USA?
