That's a later Philips Genie going off the different shape plastic near the tube.

This is one of the last Philips CFLs Ace had. Now you can't find them here in Haifa and Kiryat Ata. It was available only with E14 base, so I bought E27 -> E14 adapter from Aliexpress to get this lamp operating.

I don't remember when I bought it. But only me using it. I think that my father don't turns it on when he is on his computer.
