The spectrum of my BLV HIT-DE 70W sodium-mercury crap...
You can see that both the mercury and the sodium lines are at the same intensity, despite the sodium have a self-reversal profile.
It would be possible to reduce the pressure of the mercury or to increase the sodium line without additional broadening so it would be orange.
But the two dim cyan lines and blue bands of the sodium appearing here, but there is a strange continuous radiation which I don't know what it is?
Anyway, I'm put here the spectrum of my Osram NAV-TS 70W Super 4Y for comparison:
