It was a treat to see this lovely lantern and watch it run up. Imagine a street lined with these back in the day!

Same for me as I never seen a SLI low pressure sodium streetlight in action
the aged acrylic bowl does look decorative/designed to be opal creating a 'comfort' light distribution pity that it becomes fragile when it reaches that cloudy/opal stage

This is my Revo Hyperion A, and it was the last one in Wolverhampton. On arrival it ran 135w SOX, but I just knew it needed to be converted to SLI. I'm definitely glad I made the conversion. This is the first time I'd actually lit it since I converted it, and it didn't disappoint one bit.

This looks awesome, as mentioned above the slightly cloudy acrylic actually accentuates it a bit
