American style arena floodlight with SON lamp...

This is very unusual, even in Israel.
These usually comes with 1000-1500W probe-start MH lamps.
When I was a child, this was more common to find such floodlights with SON lamps in Israel.
Unfortunately, I couldn't capture it from other positions, because a wall hide it.
