So this one isn’t deep blue like most marine lamps?

It indeed have 10000K color, but the spectrum don't displays very wide self-reversed indium line and continum background, but lots of lines from dysprosium.

Sounds an interesting colour
, I only seen marine fluorescent tubes in use, and they’re a really nice deep blue.

I really surprised that you can make such a bluish colour using dysprodium instead of indium. I've even seen a Sylvania 13000K colour MH lamp that have dysprosium.
