Rare here in the UK, T 8 10w tubes.

These came in a fluorescent lantern powered by a 6V lead acid battery (as an emergency light)

A 10W T8 tube is super rare, well done for finding one even if it is that Chinese manufacturer

The logo is the same as several CH lighting tubes I have used over the years, & they are pretty good. I picked up 3 of these lanterns for a good price (as the batteries were dead) I did source Yuasa replacement batteries, but the control gear just blackened the tubes. So I am junking all of that, and running them on GB made Harvard electronic ballast. My watt meter shows a draw of 8.9w, so gonna run them & see how they band up
