Philips MASTERColour CDM-R111 70W/942 Two views of this lamp lamp at full power: off-axis and full frontal. The discharge column is not directly visible at all except via the reflector so there is hardly any glare unless you are looking directly into the beam. The beam itself is very well focused with a sharp cutoff. These are awesome lamps :) Also available in 20 and 35w flavours

These were REALLY expensive a few years ago but have since come down in price.
