Looks ancient! almost Victorian!

I have a feeling it was made to look old, but its gottta have some age to it though! (and deff way older that that building in the background which is actually on the next lot over) If I'm in that area sometime at night I need to try & remember to look at these on & see what sorta lamp is inside all I know is its clear
